Travel Story One

Discovering New Zealand's Fiordland felt like stepping into another world. We kayaked through Milford Sound at dawn, with mist rising off the dark water and waterfalls tumbling down sheer cliffs above us. There were no crowds, no noise  just the sound of paddles dipping and birds calling from the rainforest. That morning reminded me why some journeys are worth every hour of planning.

 

Travel Story Two

The Interislander ferry crossing from Wellington to Picton is one of New Zealand's great unsung adventures. As the North Island disappeared behind us and the Marlborough Sounds came into view, the water turned impossibly blue and the hills glowed green in the afternoon light. It felt less like a transport route and more like a slow reveal the South Island introducing itself, scene by scene, before you even set foot on shore.
